To get started, select a product that's best equipped for your new idea or project. Please create an order form and send us the completed form with your logo file with any other necessary attachments. Our customer service team will look into the details of your submitted inquiry.
2. Order Confirmation
Full payment is required at this time before your order can be placed for production. While every attempt to honor change requests will be made, orders in production cannot be changed or canceled.
3. Production
Our line of professional embroidery experts will proceed to decorate the details of your custom design/logo onto the hats with precision and care. We assure that our efficient machines will carefully stitch your design the way you want.
4. Speedy Free Shipping
When your order is ready to ship, our customer care team will notify you. All orders are shipped through Fedex Ground. Packages will generally be processed and delivered within 1-5 business days.
