We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase! Our 30-day return policy allows you to request a return within 30 days of receiving your item. Product Care

Machine wash your embroidered hat on a cold setting to prevent fading and shrinking. Do not use bleach, as it can damage the fabric and embroidery threads.

Store your hat in a cool, dry place, preferably on a hat stand or in a box, to maintain its shape and protect the embroidery. Avoid stacking or placing heavy objects on it to prevent crushing and distortion.
